A. Data handling:
Your prompts, files, parts of remote website content and information, uploaded media, etc. you choose to send or upload using CtrlSIte service are processed in connection with third-party model providers, compute providers, authentication services, analytics tools, integrations, and other external services in order to deliver the Service. These providers have their own terms and policies, and CtrlSIte is not responsible for services we do not control.
B. You retain ownership
… of the prompts, files, code, messages, output instructions, credentials, and other materials you submit to or make available through the Service. You grant CtrlSite a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, display, and use this data as needed to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service.
C. AI-generated output may be
… inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, insecure, or otherwise unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating outputs before relying on them in production, security-sensitive, legal, financial, or other high-risk contexts.
D. To the fullest extent permitted by law,
CtrlSite and its affiliates, contractors, licensors, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, use, or data arising from or related to the Service.
