Because our AI-assisted tools interact directly with your WordPress sites during this beta period, there is an inherent risk involved. By choosing to use the platform and its services right now, you agree that we are not liable for any resulting consequences, data loss, or downtime. You assume complete responsibility for your websites and your use of our services, accepting all risks regardless of what is explicitly stated or omitted in these temporary terms.
C. Data handling:
Your prompts, files, parts of remote website content and information, uploaded media, etc. you choose to send or upload using CtrlSIte service are processed in connection with third-party model providers, compute providers, authentication services, analytics tools, integrations, and other external services in order to deliver the Service. These providers have their own terms and policies, and CtrlSIte is not responsible for services we do not control.
D. You retain ownership
… of the prompts, files, code, messages, output instructions, credentials, and other materials you submit to or make available through the Service. You grant CtrlSite a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, display, and use this data as needed to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service.
E. AI-generated output may be
